About the role

Help us build the next wave.

At Allwaves, engineering and surfing come together. As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll help develop and refine the technology behind our waves, working closely with a multidisciplinary team from concept to real-world testing.
You'll be part of an ambitious team building technology designed to bring ocean-quality surfing to new places around the world.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and optimise mechanical systems
  • Translate concepts into technical solutions
  • Support prototyping, testing and validation
  • Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams
  • Contribute to the continuous development of Allwaves technology

What we’re looking for

  • Background in mechanical engineering
  • A hands-on and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience with technical development and testing
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
  • Passion for innovation — surfing is a plus 😉
