About the role

Open up new places to surf.

You'll connect with partners, developers and destinations that want to bring ocean-quality surfing to their location, and guide projects from first conversation to signed agreement.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and develop new project opportunities
  • Build relationships with partners and investors
  • Prepare proposals and business cases
  • Represent Allwaves at events and meetings

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in business development or sales
  • Strong communicator with an international mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
  • Passion for innovation — surfing is a plus 😉
